The Clearance process for the 2025-2026 school year opens on June 1st, 2025. All Athletes must be fully cleared by the Athletic Department before being allowed to participate in Fall, Winter, or Spring seasons of sport (Please see below for dates concerning the official start of each season and clearance due dates). - Go to HomeCampus and set up an account. Please watch the step-by-step video tutorial of the clearance process linked here ⇨ Video Clearance Tutorial
- Step 1 - ⇨ select school ⇨ select year ( 2025-2026) ⇨ select the sport(s) - You may clear your student for any sport they are playing/trying out for during the 2025-2026 school year.
- Step 2 - Complete all of the Student Information Section
- Step 3 - Complete all of the Parent/Guardian Section and the emergency contact information
- Step 4 - Complete the Medical Information Section
- Step 5 - Review and sign all forms that require a signature - this is done electronically on the site
- Step 6 - Upload a copy of a completed NVUSD physical form (NVUSD Sports Physical Form) dated on or after 6/1/2025 with an MD/DO, NP, PA signature that specifies that you are allowed “unlimited participation” in high school sports. Upload proof of insurance; Medical ID Card, Document, etc. NOTE: The following form will be accepted from Kaiser (Kaiser Sports Physical Form example)
Once cleared by the athletic department, you and your coach will be notified and you will be allowed to participate in the athletic program. If denied clearance you will receive an email as to the reason(s).
Participation Donation - An annual family athletic donation of $105.50 per family is asked of each family to help offset costs. You can donate online on the HomeCampus clearance website, by mail (checks to ACHS Athletics), or via the GoFan.
Important clearance dates for the 2025-2026 school year:
- June 1st, 2025 clearance opens for the 2025-2026 school year
- Fall Season 2025
Friday, Aug 8th - Deadline for Fall clearance
Monday, Aug 11th - Official start of Fall Sports Season
- Winter Season 2025
Friday, Oct. 31st- Deadline for Winter clearance
Monday, Nov 3rd - Official start of Winter Sports Season
- Spring Season 2026
Friday, Feb 6th - Deadline for Spring clearance
Monday, Feb 9th - Official start of Spring Sports Season
