WANT TO START OR RENEW A CLUB ON CAMPUS?
Want to start or renew a club for our ACHS Student Body? Here is a link to all the paperwork you need. Once you have a Club Advisor and all the paperwork filled out, please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an email from Melissa Harris once the club is approved.
WANT TO HOST AND EVENT AND/OR FUNDRAISER FOR YOUR CLUB ON CAMPUS?
Are you a Club on Campus? Do you want to host an event? Does your club want to have an activity to include more students on campus? Do you want to have a fundraiser to raise funds for the club? Please fill out this form first. All club events must be approved before planning or announcing the event. Place the filled-out form in the Club Box in the Activities Office or email it directly to email@example.com. You will hear back about the status of your event and if it has been approved within two weeks.
